Classic motor launch | Built in 1957 | C. Siebert Shipyard, Berlin
A historic motor launch full of character, built at a long-established Berlin shipyard.
This classic steel motor launch, built in 1957, captivates with its timeless lines and authentic maritime character.
Ideal as a leisure, living, cruising or custom-built project boat.
The vessel features an enclosed wheelhouse, spacious superstructure and the distinctive charm of classic German inland waterway vessels.
Thanks to its robust steel construction, this barge provides a solid foundation for enthusiasts of historic working and passenger vessels.
The ship is equipped with the following:
-Operating hours: 6,770
- Sleipner Sidepower SE210 bow thruster, including batteries and charging electronics (Victron), for approx. €10,000
-New upholstery in the cabin for approx. €3,000
-Lower deck, January 2021
-New windows in the fore section, interior wood panelling (which had to be removed to make way for them)
has not yet been restored.
-The windows in the tarpaulin need replacing (one has already been replaced – see photo), as they are brittle.
A new tarpaulin would be the better solution. We wanted to fit a fixed roof.
-The wooden parts in the boat got damp last winter (due to a tear in the tarpaulin, which unfortunately
(which was noticed too late). The crack has been stitched up and the wood is completely dry again, but it would need to be painted).
