Rust removal/sanding of the decking below (land and water side) and new coating (industrial coating) in light grey
Rust removal/ sanding of viewing platform, stairs to the roof terrace and parts of the railing as well as new coat of white paint
Installation of three Bildge pumps incl. battery, water supply to the outside and automatic water alarms in the floor - pump in the interior + two pumps in the cavities below the terraces below
Renewal of facade sealing on gable walls
