The Mistress does not have an anchor locker. There is also no original bow fitting for an anchor. However, I had a bow fitting made a few years ago, in which I drive a 12kg stainless steel ploughshare anchor. The associated 20 metre hawser with a 5 metre stainless steel chain lead is stored under the forward berth. There is also a hinged dragger that can be used as a stern anchor with a 20mtr. Anchor liner can be used.
Teak is now only used on the coachroof in the style typical of the Mistress. The teak mouldings have been renewed, as have those in the cockpit. The bulwark/coaming is also made of teak, the handrails and the teak mouldings above the windows have also been renewed. The Macrolon windows were renewed 2 years ago.
This Mistress has tiller control.
The winches are LEWMAR 2-speed winches. 3 X 40s, 2 X 25s, 1 X 20s.
The genoa was driven over the furling system and was purchased in 2016.
All shrouds and stages were renewed in 2017. The mainsail is approx. 12 years old and little used. A spinnaker is available and the corresponding equipment. However, I have only used it twice.

The 12 volt system was completely renewed a few years after purchase.
Then there was also a 230 V shore power connection.
Echo sounder, logging and GPS display instruments are from Robertson/Shipman.
In 2014, a Lowranze chart plotter was purchased to replace the GPS device. An active AIS is integrated into the chart plotter. Autopilot is not available.
The hull is cleaned annually by the shipyard when it is uncraned and prepared for the next coat of antifouling. The hull was repainted above water at the start of the 2024 summer season. Otherwise, the boat is completely cleaned, polished if necessary and waxed before each season.
The engine was completely rebuilt with Saildrive and the corresponding control unit in 1997. It now has approx. 1910 operating hours. It is serviced at least every 2 years by a specialised company, sometimes even annually. It is of course winterised before each winter season. Last maintenance was carried out in May 2024.
