The "La Mare Apart LL - Long Version" is a modern houseboat with an extended hull and superstructure. With a length of 12.50 m and a width of 4.2 m, it offers enough free space for the whole family on approx. 30m². Three sleeping cabins. The innovative concept gives you comfort and independence thanks to solar energy and inverter. The winter package, the hot water heating in combination with the insulation provides you with year-round use even in autumn and winter. Manoeuvre your houseboat in the harbour, supported by the built-in bow thruster. Find the most beautiful anchorages that remain hidden from others with the anchoring system specially developed for houseboats.
Living room with steering position, table and chairs, sofa (can be pulled out into a double bed), cupboard and kitchenette, fully equipped with crockery, pots and pans, coffee machine, toaster etc. and with large panoramic windows. 1st bedroom with a double bed, window and a door to the rear terrace and 2nd bedroom also with a double bed. The 3rd bedroom is located to the side and is equipped with a bunk bed. All bedrooms are fully equipped with mattresses, duvets and pillows. Bathroom with shower, electric toilet and washbasin. Stern terrace with gas locker and bathing ladder. The bow terrace with table and chairs is easily accessible through the large patio doors. VAT can be shown.
