This very well maintained first hand houseboat is a catamaran houseboat built according to the wishes of the seller.

In addition to the decks in the front and stern areas, the upper deck, which is reached from the stern via a sturdy spiral staircase, is particularly inviting.
The usable area here is 20 sqm, the area of the bow terrace 11.75 sqm and the stern terrace 6.25 sqm.
The interior comprises 36.5 sqm, divided into a saloon with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 2 sanitary rooms (2 toilets, 1 large shower) and a corridor running from bow to stern.
Due to the very good wall insulation and insulated glazed windows and doors of the houseboat and the warm air gas heating, use is also possible in colder temperatures.
Propane gas is used as the energy source for the 2-flame cooker and the oven.
The refrigerator/freezer combination (155l/94l), the coffee machine and the hot water boiler are electrically operated.

The on-board power supply is optionally operated with 12 V or via 230 V by means of an inverter.
The 12 V on-board power supply is fed by two solar panels, and the 4 batteries on board are also charged when the engines are running. This means that the boat can be used completely self-sufficiently.
A maximum speed of 17 km/h can be reached. At slower speeds, the range is approx. 200 km. Due to the flow-optimised floats, very good directional stability is achieved.
The hydraulic steering system and the bow thruster make the boat very easy to manoeuvre.

In rainy weather, the driver's stand can be protected with a transparent sloping roller blind.
The pontoons are made manually from 13 layers of GRP and contain all tanks. They are accessible via 4 entrances, so that objects or drinks can be placed here. Due to the inflow tunnel in the stern area, the engines could be placed behind the pontoons, i.e. far apart, which has a positive effect on manoeuvrability.
The use of wood was deliberately avoided for the outer walls, which makes the boat very easy to maintain.

The decks are covered with easy-care WPC, the interior with vinyl.
All windows are equipped with fly screens so that the indoor area is also protected, mainly at night.

The boat is secured by an alarm system.

For the winter months, the boat has so far been craned ashore and stored on Euro pallets belonging to the boat.
